Before your first upload

Clear access and data handling.

1. Agree the pilot

Topo Software confirms the document types, intended use, scope and any price with you. An enquiry does not create an account or start a paid service.

2. Arrange private access

We agree authorized users and recipients, then provide a workspace invitation and upload route. Do not attach private bills, account numbers, passwords or API keys to this enquiry.

3. Understand document processing

Extraction may use an external OCR provider. Before customer documents are accepted, we confirm the actual processing service, applicable terms, retention and deletion arrangements for the pilot. This page makes no promise about model training, storage location or automatic deletion.

4. Check the source

OCR suggests values. Authorized people compare important facts with the original before approving them. Prepaid units are purchases, not measured consumption.
